Terms of Service

Voyaudio ("Voyaudio", "we", "us") is an audio travel-guide service operated by Unlocd. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Unlocd. We may update them from time to time (see "Changes to these Terms"); continuing to use Voyaudio after an update means you accept the new version.

You need an account to listen. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (Clerk), using Google or email. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity under it. You must be able to enter into a binding contract to buy a pass; if you are a minor, use Voyaudio only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Voyaudio offers narrated audio guides for travel destinations, which you can stream or download in the app for offline listening. • Free tier: your first 3 full audios are free, no card required. • Trip pass: unlocks every destination in the catalogue for the duration of the pass. The catalogue changes over time. We do not guarantee that any specific destination will be available or stay available.

Trip passes are time-based and sold as one-off purchases in US dollars (USD). Nothing renews automatically — a pass simply expires at the end of its window. The price and duration of each pass are shown at checkout and are the amounts actually charged. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details, and your receipt is issued by Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Your pass does not start when you buy it — it starts the first time you play an audio. From that moment the clock runs for the full duration of the pass (for example, a 7-day pass expires 7 days after your first play), after which access ends. This means you can buy a pass before your trip without losing any days: until you play your first audio, the pass stays inactive and no time is used.

A pass is digital content that becomes accessible immediately, so all sales are final and non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw from the purchase. Where such a right applies, we honour it. If you were charged in error or have a problem with a purchase, contact us at hello@voyaudio.com and we will help.

You agree to: • use Voyaudio only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes; • not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publicly perform our audio or other content (beyond the app's own offline download feature, for your personal use); • not share, resell or transfer your account or pass; • not attempt to bypass the paywall, interfere with the service, or access it by any means other than the app and interfaces we provide.

All Voyaudio content — audio, scripts, text, images and software — is owned by Unlocd or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. While your pass or free tier is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream and download the content for your own travel use. This licence ends when your access ends, and any offline downloads are licensed for that same period only.

We work to keep Voyaudio available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and access may depend on your device and internet connection. We may add, change or remove destinations, features or prices at any time. A change in price does not affect a pass you have already bought.

Voyaudio is provided "as is" and "as available". Our guides are for information and enjoyment; they are not professional travel, safety, navigation or emergency advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions while travelling. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlocd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to Voyaudio is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and material changes take effect when posted. If you keep using Voyaudio after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent Brazilian courts. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
